NEW BORNS
These shoots are arranged within the first 14 days of birth, ideally within the first week. Most shoots run between one and two hours but can take longer. We understand that babies need to stop for snacks sometimes! These photos are taken in your home, where you will be most comfortable. The idea is to achieve a soft and beautiful atmosphere that will keep your newborn serene and cozy. Newborns usually sleep through most of the shoots so it is fun to be creative with their surroundings. These little angels are best photographed with little or nothing on. Special blankets, knit hats, booties or a plush animal are always welcome. If you do want them in an outfit, solid colors are the loveliest in photographs. Just a diaper or plain white onesie works too! Simple is always best when it comes to babies.
